Good advice. It’s almost better to say as little as possible. It’s very easy to get caught up in put downs and criticisms people make about each other too, or even worse that we make about others ourselves. Jesus said something to the effect to just say ‘yes’ or ‘no’. It means breaking that judgemental habit.
