From 1945-1970&#039;s you could get a job fresh out of high school and keep it for decades, retire and all is good.   Today, there are no jobs, except minimum page dead-end jobs, and sales jobs, that demand no experience, so people graduating from high school and college today can&#039;t get jobs.   You do everything right, you keep your nose clean, no criminal record, finish your degree, and the job market says you&#039;re worthless. No job for you.

Then those same people who can&#039;t find jobs get lectured by people who have held their jobs for dozens of years and don&#039;t realize how bad the job market is.

Career changers get hit by this no experience problem, when employers don&#039;t count any of their previous experience and treat them as 0 experience.]]></description>
